How do I book a cruise ticket?

What information do I need to provide?

Full name and ID card number of all travelers (for real-name boarding), plus your contact phone number. Foreign nationals: passport number and expiry date.

Yes. Groups (typically 10+) enjoy dedicated pricing and priority cabin allocation. Contact us directly for a customized quote.

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept Alipay for secure online payment. Keep your payment record as part of your booking documentation.

Can I change my travel date?

Subject to the cruise operator's change policy. Generally, the closer to departure, the higher the fee. Some promotional tickets may not be changeable.

Can I get a refund if I cancel?

Generally: 30+ days before departure = higher refund; within 7 days = may receive no refund. Confirm specific terms before booking.

What if the cruise operator cancels my sailing?

We will assist you in communicating with the operator and follow through on refund or rescheduling arrangements per their policies.

What documents do I need to board?

Valid Chinese ID card (original) + booking confirmation. Photocopies or screenshots are generally not accepted. Foreign nationals: original passport.

Is Wi-Fi available onboard?

Most luxury cruises offer Wi-Fi. Often complimentary in higher cabin categories, available for a fee in standard cabins. Signal may be intermittent inside the gorges.

What about dining?

Chinese & Western buffets, three meals daily included. Special dietary needs (halal, vegetarian, allergies) should be communicated at booking.

What if I get seasick?

The Three Gorges is an inland river route with generally calm waters—seasickness is relatively uncommon. Travelers prone to motion sickness should bring their own medication.
